Vicki Huang Barboiu

Vicki Huang Barboiu has a diverse work experience in the personal care and nutrition industries. Vicki currently holds the position of Head of Personal Care NA at dsm-firmenich since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at DSM, starting in 2015. Their roles at DSM include COO Human Nutrition & Care NA, Sr. Director General Nutrition, Marketing & Sales Excellence Director HNH, Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Commercial and Demand Planning Manager. Before joining DSM, Vicki worked at Symrise, where they held the positions of Global Account Director and Key Account Manager. During their time at Symrise, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed global sales teams, and built relationships with key clients.

Vicki Huang Barboiu holds an MBA in General MBA from Penn State University. Vicki has also obtained a certification in Finance Foundations: Income Taxes from LinkedIn in 2021.
