JAVIER ALONSO LECUIT is a Senior Research Fellow and member of the Cyber Policy Working Group at Elcano Royal Institute. JAVIER is also a Senior Adviser at Cybersecurity, Internet and Telecom Policies, providing advice on cybersecurity, data privacy, Internet, and telecom regulation. With extensive experience in public policy, advocacy, and regulatory strategy, JAVIER ALONSO LECUIT has worked in various roles at Telefónica and Ecix Group. JAVIER holds a degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
