Theresa Williams

Theresa Williams is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at DSP since April 2024, where the focus is on enterprise database management and consulting services. Prior to this role, Theresa held various leadership positions at Eclipsys Solutions Inc. since May 2015, including Vice President of People and Culture and Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, contributing to the optimization of technology investments. Previous experience includes managing strategic initiatives and the Human Resources function at SkyWave Mobile Communications, as well as leading HR and recruitment services at Cistel Technology Inc. and a range of HR roles across multiple companies between 1998 and 2002.
