Andrew Lam has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2010. Andrew began their career as an Information Systems Technician at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in 2010. In 2011, they joined Genentech as a Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support for end users on multiple platforms. From 2012 to 2013, they were an IT Analyst at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and then a Technical Support Engineer and Site Reliability Operations Analyst at Apigee. In 2015, they moved to Aether Things as a Product Specialist, and then to Western Digital as a CPFR Analyst in 2016. In 2019, they joined Acer America Corp. as a Mgr, US Retail CPFR & Allocation and CPFR Analyst. Currently, they are a Sales Operations Manager at DSP Concepts.
Andrew Lam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from San Jose State University. Additionally, they obtained an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.6 certification from Apple Inc. in October 2011.
