Rodolfo Silva

Rodolfo Silva has a wealth of experience in the audio systems engineering field. In 2021, they began working as a Senior DSP Applications Engineer for DSP Concepts, where they are responsible for tuning and testing Enterprise Voice designs on customer hardware to meet MS Teams certification specifications using HEAD Acoustics testing equipment, developing custom Audioweaver modules as needed, and investigating ML solutions for speech processing problems. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an audio systems engineer for Owl Labs, where they were responsible for prototyping new machine learning developments for AEC and speech enhancement for the Meeting Owl Pro, as well as setting up HEAD Acoustics ACQUA lab space for Zoom/MS Teams device certification testing. In 2018, they worked as an Independent Contractor for Ael Enterprise. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Systems Design Engineer for Microsemi Corporation, where they were responsible for two-way voice products (Speaker phones, IP cameras, etc.) as well as ASR front end systems.

Rodolfo Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2010 and 2013. Rodolfo has also obtained numerous certifications from Coursera and edX in the fields of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, and Speech Recognition Systems between 2017 and 2020.
