Emma Twining-Smith FCIPD serves as the People Operations Director for EMEA & Europe West at Vialto Partners since April 2022, having previously held roles as People Operations Senior Manager and Global Mobility Manager within the same organization. With extensive experience in the field of international mobility, Emma has contributed to strategic policy design and implementation while driving process improvements. Prior to joining Vialto Partners, Emma was a Global Mobility Specialist at PwC UK and had a significant tenure at IHS Markit as HR Director for the EMEA region, overseeing a large workforce and leading the Global Mobility initiative. Additional experience includes roles at Bausch + Lomb, DHL, Amec Foster Wheeler, and Covance. Emma holds a CIPD qualification from the University of West London and a degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
