Herico Baez

Herico Baez is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and project management across several organizations. Currently a Project Manager at DSS Condo since October 2021, Herico previously held positions at Empire General Contracting, Crown Sign Systems, and The B&M Group, where responsibilities included project oversight, contract negotiations, client relations, and cost control. Additional experience includes roles in accounting and financial advising, as well as a background in foreign trade analysis for the Dominican Republic Ministry for Industry and Commerce. Educational credentials include an MBA and a BBA from Universidad Iberoamericana, complemented by a certificate in International Business from Florida International University.
