Erik Dutzy

Erik Dutzy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at DSSI LLC since November 2012, Erik has progressed through various roles, including Purchasing Team Lead, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. Key responsibilities include managing purchase orders through an EDI system, negotiating pricing contracts, and supporting manufacturing customers with their purchasing needs while ensuring accurate pricing and lead times. Erik has experience managing diverse commodities ranging from Electrical to Paint supplies and has played a significant role in training new buyers and conducting cross-functional audits. Prior to DSSI LLC, Erik was a Distribution Team Member at Stryker, managing inventory and maintaining high turnover rates. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University.
