Lizeth Martinez

Lizeth Martinez currently serves as the Vice President of Inclusive Academic Programming at DSST Public Schools, a position held since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Director of Feeder and Senior Talent Manager at Houston ISD from November 2022 to June 2025, and various leadership positions at KIPP Texas Public Schools from June 2019 to November 2022, including Interim Principal and Dean of Culture. Prior to that, Lizeth worked as an Instructional Specialist and English Teacher at Houston Independent School District from January 2015 to June 2019. Lizeth is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University, expected to be completed in March 2026, and holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Women's Studies from Louisiana State University.
