Equity and Inclusion Team

The Equity and Inclusion Team at DSST Public Schools is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students and staff. This team develops and implements strategies to promote equitable access to educational resources, supports the mental health and well-being of the school community, and ensures that diverse voices are represented and valued within the organization. Through collaboration and advocacy, they work to eliminate systemic barriers and create a culture of belonging.
