Stephen Hughes

Stephen Hughes currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Batri Ltd since June 2021 and as Solutions Manager at DST Innovations Ltd since July 2014, overseeing commercial and research initiatives in lighting, screen, battery, and flexible electronics. Previous experience includes a role as Global Project Manager at DST Innovations Ltd, managing high-value projects globally and interfacing with key clients and suppliers. Stephen's career also includes a position as Product Development Manager at BCB International Ltd, focusing on product design and quality control of chemical products. Academically, Stephen completed a PhD at Cardiff University, researching Polyazamacrocycles as potential PET agents, following an MChem degree in Chemistry from the same institution. Early education includes GCSEs and A-Levels from Abingdon School.
