Lars Røjgaard Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lars Røjgaard started their career in 1988 as a Support Engineer at Ericsson, where they provided technical support and developed customer solutions. Lars Røjgaard then progressed to roles such as Product Manager and Group Manager, where they were responsible for product management, marketing, and sales support. Lars later joined Aastra in 2008 as the Managing Director for the Danish Country Sales Unit, where they focused on expanding market coverage and introducing new programs. After Mitel's acquisition of Aastra, Lars continued as the Managing Director for the Danish Mitel Country Sales Unit, responsible for budget fulfillment, CX services, and transforming the SME business to the cloud. In 2019, they joined Dstny DK as the Director of the Business Unit, overseeing private/public enterprise and partnerships. Throughout their career, Lars has demonstrated a strong focus on strategic business development, market planning, and building relationships with channels and partners.
Lars Røjgaard Andersen has a diverse education history. Lars Røjgaard attended Århus Teknikum from 1985 to 1987, where they received a bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electro/Finance. Later, from 1997 to 2007, they enrolled in Ericsson University, where they obtained a degree in Ericsson Management with a specialization in Personal leadership. In 2011, they briefly attended Aastra Global, enhancing their knowledge in the business field through a course on transitioning from CAPEX to OPEX business models. Lars expanded their education in 2017, studying Sales Management and related tools at Mitel. From 2006 to 2018, they took various courses from IDC, IDG, CW, and other institutions, mainly focusing on gaining expertise in Market updates.
