Alan Leggett

Alan Leggett is an Assistant General Counsel for the Americas at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where they oversee legal and risk management functions. With over 20 years of experience in corporate law, Alan has advised executive management on a variety of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and intellectual property. They previously held positions as General Counsel at Agility and as a Director of Contracts Counsel at UST Global. Alan earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a B.Sc. in Biology from Bowling Green State University, graduating summa cum laude.
