Frank Boots has extensive work experience in the logistics and transport industry. Frank began their career at DHL as a Business Analyst trainee and later became an Operations Support Specialist. Frank then worked at Lexmark International as the EMEA Return Centre Operations Coordinator. After that, they joined Rockwool International A/S as a Logistics Engineer. Following this, Frank worked at Intratuin as a Logistics Coordinator and later as a Logistics Manager. Frank took a sabbatical in 2014 before joining DSV - Global Transport and Logistics. At DSV, they started as a Project Manager and progressed to the role of Senior Manager and eventually became the Director of Project Management for Global BCM Solutions.

Frank Boots has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Logistics from the University of Plymouth, which they obtained in 2005.
