Tim van Tongeren serves as the Managing Director at DT Consulting since 2014, specializing in assisting pharmaceutical firms in achieving digital excellence to enhance customer experiences. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director at GSK's Digital Center of Excellence in Europe from 2009 to 2012 and worked as a Senior Consultant in Digital Business Strategy and Transformation at Sapient in 2008-2009. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst for Customer Experience at Forrester Research from 2002 to 2008. Tim holds a Master of Science in International Business and Economics from Tilburg University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
