Millicent Oketch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management, business development, and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Head of Program Management at DT Global since September 2022, Millicent oversees the operational, contractual, and financial management of multiple projects, ensuring quality performance and timely delivery of services. Previously, Millicent held roles such as Senior Business Development Specialist and Development Specialist & Project Manager at Cardno International Development, managing bids and proposals and providing technical expertise. Millicent's experience also includes positions as Relationship Manager at PharmAccess Foundation and Interventions Assistant at the Private Sector Innovation Programme for Health, among others. Millicent holds an MBA in Finance and Healthcare Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Daystar University.
