Philip Kearns

Philip Kearns is an experienced project manager with a background in rail infrastructure projects. Philip has held senior roles at various companies including DT Infrastructure, Downer, and CPB Contractors. Their responsibilities have included delivering major projects such as the Caufield to Dandenong Level crossing removal and the 60kg rerailing in the hunter valley for ARTC. Philip has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
