Rana Shehada

Rana Shehada is a seasoned professional in conflict resolution and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at Creative Associates International since December 2021. Additionally, Rana is a public speaker on Peace and Conflict Studies, conducting workshops for government officials and national security members in collaboration with the office of the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Previous roles include Publications Project Manager and Coordinator at the International Institute of Islamic Thought, where Rana managed publishing processes and supported operations across several regions. Rana's diverse experience also encompasses project management at WaSeala and an internship at the World Health Organization, focusing on tobacco policy. Rana holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ain Shams University.
