J. Andrew Bevilacqua

J. Andrew Bevilacqua is currently serving as the Town Engineer for the Town of North Haven since September 2018. Prior to this role, J. Andrew has been an Associate and Manager of Civil Engineering at DTC, Inc. since May 1987. Bevilacqua has extensive experience in the field, with over three decades of service at Diversified Technology Consultants (DTC) in the same capacity.
