Karyn Tobin

Karyn Tobin is an experienced operations and recruitment professional with a diverse background in management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at DTCo, Karyn has also worked as a Fractional Operations Manager and Recruiter in a freelance capacity. Previous roles include HR and Recruitment Manager, as well as Recruiter and HR Associate at Structured. Karyn's experience in recruitment extends to Cornish College of the Arts, where responsibilities included serving as a Recruiter/Admission Counselor for Dance and Music and as a Contracted Recruiter/Contract Alumni Representative. Karyn’s career began at Evergreens Salad as a Team Member, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in operations and recruitment.
