Seema Mohanta

Seema Mohanta currently serves as the Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development at DTDC Express Limited, where the focus is on cultivating a high-performance workforce. Previously, Seema held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Future Generali India Life Insurance, enhancing employee skills in the life insurance sector. At RAIN Group, roles included Learning and Development Consultant and Sr. Consulting Partner, with a focus on building organizational capability and executing training programs. Additionally, as Head of Alternate Channel Training & Wealth Partnership at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, leadership was provided for nationwide training efforts. Seema holds an MBA in Marketing from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Amravati University.
