Arvind Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer strategy, operations management, and IT project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Strategy at DTE Energy since April 2014, Arvind oversees the Meter Reading and Consecutive Estimates teams, focusing on business continuity, customer experience, staff development, and engagement. Previous roles at DTE include Principal Supervisor of AMI Strategy and Meter Reading Ops, and Principal Analyst in Customer Service Project Management, where responsibilities included supervising teams, managing supplier performance, and overseeing meter reading operations. Prior to DTE, Arvind held positions at Strategic Staffing Solutions, EBS Inc, and the University of Michigan, where expertise in process improvement, project management, and research was developed. Arvind holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Operations from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
