Doug Wellman

Doug Wellman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in workforce management, customer care, real estate, and property management. Currently serving as a Principal Supervisor in Workforce Management at DTE Energy since May 2017, Doug excels in resolving sensitive customer issues and performing problem identification through data analysis. Prior to this role, Doug held several positions at DTE Energy, including Supervisor roles and Analyst in Contact Center Solutions. From May 2012 to August 2018, Doug worked as a REALTOR at Berkshire Hathaway Hudkins REALTORS, specializing in residential and commercial property sales. Doug's prior experience includes property management for 75 properties in the Metro Detroit area from 2008 to 2012. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems Management from Wayne State University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Monroe County Community College.
