Kathrine Lorenz

Kathrine Lorenz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at DTE Energy since November 2012, Kathrine has held various leadership positions, including Legal Director and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, overseeing a wide range of litigated matters and regulatory compliance. Prior to DTE Energy, Kathrine worked as In-House Counsel at CMS Energy from May 2008 to November 2012, representing the company in multiple courts and advising on compliance with evolving state and federal laws. Kathrine holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Central Michigan University.
