Kirk Vangilder

Kirk Vangilder, CPA, has extensive experience in financial analysis and auditing, currently serving as a Principal Financial Analyst at DTE Energy since October 2011, where previous roles included Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Auditor, and Financial Auditor. Prior to DTE Energy, Kirk worked as a Senior Associate in Audit at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2006 to October 2011 and as a Junior Auditor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from April 2005 to January 2006. Kirk began the professional career as an intern at SVS Vision in 2004. Academically, Kirk holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
