Paolo Morra

Paolo Morra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, corporate strategy, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Analytics and General Manager of Corporate Strategy at DTE Energy, Paolo has previously held key roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager at Ameren and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Additionally, Paolo worked as Chief of Staff to the Chief Nuclear Officer at Enel and held positions as Senior Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey. Academically, Paolo holds an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
