Shannen Hartwick has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as a Director at DTE Energy since January 2008, where Shannen has progressed through various leadership roles, driving significant improvements in customer satisfaction, cost savings, and operational efficiencies. Noteworthy achievements include a $1 million annual cost reduction through enhanced productivity and strategic process improvements, as well as the development of customized tools and training programs that bolstered team performance. Prior experience includes managing operations and logistics for major events at Clean Downtown, demonstrating strong capabilities in budget management and collaboration with municipal entities.
