Philip O'Niel is currently the Vice President of Business Development, Strategy, and M&A at DTE Vantage, where Philip has been working since November 2022. Prior to this role, Philip held various positions at DTE Energy Resources, starting in 2010. Philip also has experience as a Software Development Engineer at General Motors from June 2005 to June 2008. O'Niel holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earned from 2008 to 2010, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2005.
