Ayhan K. Isaacs

Ayhan K. Isaacs is a seasoned entrepreneur and growth strategist with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as the Head of Global Growth at the Founder Institute, Ayhan is responsible for scaling initiatives across 200 cities. As the Founder of Growth Rhino, Ayhan oversees operations while providing outbound marketing services to B2B companies. Additionally, Ayhan collaborates with Spine Technologies to facilitate the expansion of North American SaaS companies into the Middle East and leads workshops on startup growth at Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus. Previous roles include Head of Growth at Crowdlinker and AirborneApp, as well as significant contributions to Mailjet and Reply. Ayhan holds a Master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Ryerson University and has completed a CXL certified optimizer program.
