Kath Vasinee Saeng-Uraiporn

Kath Vasinee Saeng-Uraiporn is an accomplished professional specializing in service design and experience strategy, currently serving as VP at the Creative Lab, DTGO Group of Companies, since June 2021. With experience spanning various industries, Kath has worked as an experience and service design consultant, focusing on creating end-to-end user experiences that align with business goals since June 2017. Academic contributions include roles as a visiting tutor and lecturer at Thammasat Design School, where Kath teaches Service Innovation Design and Design Thinking. Previous positions include Head of Experience Design at FireOneOne and service design roles at Royal College of Art and Spotless. Kath holds a Master’s Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture from Thammasat University.
