Vinícius Matos Paiva

Vinícius Matos Paiva has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Vinícius co-hosted at Os Agilistas starting from October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at dti digital, initially as the COO/Co-Founder in 2016 and then as a Manager/Co-Founder since 2010. During their time at dti digital, they held various positions and was responsible for managing and leading development projects for clients like Localiza, working on projects such as electronic billing, rental reservation integration, car monthly rental sales application, CEP PoC, and processes-oriented portal application. Before dti digital, Vinicius worked as a Professor at IGTI - Instituto de Gestão em TI in 2010. Vinícius also gained managerial experience at Accenture from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they started their career as a MES Consultant and Developer Leader at ATAN from 2003 to 2008. Vinícius' education includes a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from UFMG, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.

Vinícius Matos Paiva has a diverse education history. In 2004, they graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais with a degree in Engineering. Later, in 2007, they obtained a CBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2008, they attended Siemens Professional Education in Genoa, Italy, focusing on MES - Simatic IT. In 2020, Vinícius attended the Cambridge Judge Business School for a course on Digital Disruption and Digital Transformation Strategies. Alongside their education, they also hold certifications, including "A Crash Course in Data Science" and "Building a Data Science Team" from Coursera, and a "Project Management Professional" certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2009.
