Analysts

The Project Management and Analysis team at DTI oversees and coordinates complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The team includes a Scrum Master who facilitates agile processes, a Senior Project Management Analyst who provides in-depth analysis and project metrics, an ERP Change Manager/Communications Analyst who manages change implementations and communications, a Senior Project Management Coordinator (contract) who supports coordination tasks, and a Project Administrator who handles project documentation and logistics. Together, they ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.

The Engineering and Quality Assurance team at DTI is responsible for designing, developing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of technology systems and solutions. The Electrical Mechanical Engineer focuses on creating and optimizing hardware systems, while the Lead Inspector oversees quality control processes to ensure all products meet rigorous standards.
