The Project Management and Analysis team at DTI oversees and coordinates complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The team includes a Scrum Master who facilitates agile processes, a Senior Project Management Analyst who provides in-depth analysis and project metrics, an ERP Change Manager/Communications Analyst who manages change implementations and communications, a Senior Project Management Coordinator (contract) who supports coordination tasks, and a Project Administrator who handles project documentation and logistics. Together, they ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.
