Karen M.

Karen M. is a seasoned front-end developer with extensive experience in creating and managing web applications. Currently serving as a Senior Front End Developer at DTN since August 2022, Karen developed the responsive Identity Management Tool using TypeScript and Next. Previously, at PMAT INC., Karen led a team to design a micro-front-end solution for microservices architecture. In a role at Expedia Group, Karen developed a React application that improved workflow efficiency. Additionally, as a mentor at Udacity, Karen guided students in React and best coding practices. Karen's earlier experience includes leading software engineering projects at GE Digital and building UI features at Deem, Inc. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield, a certificate in Web Systems from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completed a JavaScript Full Stack Immersive program at Hack Reactor.
