Ravi Kotecha

Ravi Kotecha is an experienced meteorologist currently serving as the Weather Risk Manager for UK Transport Operations at DTN since August 2020. In this role, Ravi analyzes a variety of weather charts and observations to create tailored forecasts for media and transport clients. Prior to this position, Ravi worked as a Forecaster Assistant at MeteoGroup, where responsibilities included preparing forecasts for media and writing scripts for television and radio. Earlier experience includes serving as a Media Forecaster at MeteoGroup and as an Operational Meteorologist at MetDesk Limited. Ravi's educational background includes an MMet in Meteorology and Climate from the University of Reading and an additional year of study in Meteorology at the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, experience as a tutor involved teaching math skills to children, showcasing adaptability in teaching methods.
