Prior to that, Wiley spent 18 years at Getinge North America as a Field Service Technician, transitioning after recognizing a decline in passion for the role. Wiley's background also includes six years of service in the US Navy as a MM2 Nuclear, with education from Nuclear Power School under the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, attaining a degree in Machinist's Mate II (Nuclear) with a focus on Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Technology.
