Tatyana Beard

Tatyana Beard has had a varied career, beginning in 2010 as a Financial Aid Assistant at Rasmussen College. In 2012, they moved to C.H. Robinson as an LTL Expeditor. Tatyana then worked at Target in 2014 as a Logistics Coordinator and an Item Data Specialist in 2015. In 2016, they became an Implementation Specialist at Wage Works and held that role until 2021 when they became a Senior Implementation Specialist at HealthEquity. In 2022, they began working at DTS Connex as a Partner Support Specialist and at PRO Unlimited and Magnit as an Implementation Associate.

Tatyana Beard has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, which they obtained in 2021. Tatyana also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rasmussen University, which they obtained in 2013. In addition, Tatyana has obtained several certifications from Western Governors University, including a Micro-credential in Healthcare Management (2021), a Micro-credential in Human Resource Management (2021), a Micro-credential in Applied Business Skills (2020), and a Micro-credential in Business Essentials (2020). Tatyana also has a Flexible Compensation Specialist certification from ECFC, which they obtained in 2019.
