Anders Fosgerau

Anders Fosgerau currently serves as the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Section Leader (CISO) at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since March 2009, with accountability to the CIO and leadership over teams in Information Security and Cybersecurity. Prior roles at DTU include IT Security Office Chief and Head of Basic IT Services, alongside significant IT operations management experience. Between August 2008 and February 2009, Anders worked as a Senior Consultant focusing on network operations and IT security. Prior to joining DTU, Anders held the position of IT Manager at COM, managing an IT department and supporting multiple university departments. Additionally, roles as Associate and Assistant Professor involved research and teaching in Telecommunications. Educational credentials include a PhD in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, and a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both from DTU.
