Anders Lindblad Pihl

Anders Lindblad Pihl is currently serving as an HR consultant for recruitment and onboarding at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on the hiring process for PhD candidates globally since April 2023. Previous experience includes a project-based HR role and a short internship in the HR department at DTU. Earlier roles in the field of social pedagogy were held at Socialpsykiatrisk botilbud, where responsibilities included facilitating and coordinating pedagogical interventions and planning meetings with various stakeholders. Additionally, Anders worked part-time as a service employee and trainer at McDonald’s and gained hands-on experience in construction as a finish worker at Dan-Element A/S. Anders holds a master's degree in educational psychology from Aarhus University, a professional bachelor's degree in special education from Københavns Professionshøjskole, and has also attended Den Rytmiske Højskole for music studies.
