Arijit Paul is a postdoctoral researcher at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on the development of nanobodies targeting virulence factors from pathogenic E. coli to address gastrointestinal infections. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral position at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), where Arijit evaluated fusion constructs of SARS-CoV-2 and H1 influenza for immunogenic purposes. As a PhD graduate student at Dartmouth's Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies, research involved creating a framework for intelligent antibody design. Earlier research roles at IISc included identifying novel proteins in Salmonella, DNA repair methods in bacteria, and conducting experiments on macrophages and phosphoglycerates. Arijit holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from IISc.
