Daniela Pigosso

Daniela Pigosso is a Professor of Design for Absolute Sustainability at the Technical University of Denmark, with extensive experience in sustainable design and circular economy. Pigosso's research and teaching focus on sustainability maturity, business and product innovation, and eco-innovation. As a Postdoctoral Researcher and Principal Investigator for the ERC Consolidator Grant at REBOUNDLESS, Pigosso aims to prevent rebound effects in design science. Pigosso co-leads the ready2LOOP project, assisting over 800 companies in transitioning to a circular economy. Additional roles include co-founder of essensus, Advisory Board Member for The Design Society, and membership in various international organizations such as the System Dynamics Society and the Circular Economy and Sustainability journal's Scientific Editorial Board. Pigosso holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo and has a background in environmental engineering.
