Jill Magnus has worked in the field of research for over 20 years. Jill began their career in 1998 as a Research Biologist at the University of Washington. In 2001, they moved to the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research where they held the same role. In 2004, they joined Rosetta Inpharmatics, Merck and Co as a Research Biologist. In 2009, they became a Research Associate at NuGEN Technologies. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Regulus Therapeutics as a Scientist, Senior Research Associate, and Associate Director. In 2018, they joined DTxPharma as an Associate Director and Scientist.
Jill Magnus obtained their Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington between 1994 and 1998. Jill then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University between 2002 and 2004.
