Melissa Skarr

Melissa Skarr is an experienced lending systems and project manager, with expertise as a Certified Encompass360 Administrator. At DuPage Credit Union, Melissa managed the build and implementation of a complete Encompass360 conversion in 2018, as well as overseeing end user and persona maintenance. Prior to that, at First American Title, Melissa served as Team Lead for National Escrow Services, leading a team responsible for coordinating centralized escrow services for multiple states. With a background in finance and project management from Northern Illinois University, Melissa brings a wealth of experience in the financial and real estate industry.
