Ahmed Adam

Ahmed Adam has extensive experience in IT support and service management, currently serving as an IT Service Desk Specialist at du since April 2022. Previously, Ahmed worked as an IT Service Desk Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2021 to April 2022 and held the position of IT Support at ToGrow from January 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues and supporting new application roll-outs. Earlier, Ahmed provided IT support at Bytex Integrated Solutions & Consultancy Co.Ltd from March 2015 to November 2016, focusing on hardware design, software installation, and network management. Ahmed holds a Diploma in Computer Networking Systems from the University of Science and Technology and a High School Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the Belgian Sudanese Technical High School.
