Mohamed Hafez

Mohamed Hafez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Service Desk Specialist at Telecom Egypt since March 2018, where responsibilities include providing technical support and managing IT incidents for We-Data end users. Prior to this role, Mohamed held positions as an IT Help Desk employee at Abraj Misr and as an IT Support Engineer at Microfilm Egypt, along with experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for Konica Minolta Press Products at SIDHOM Printing Solutions. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Communication Electrical Engineering from the Higher Technological Institute, completed from 2009 to 2014, and a high school diploma in Mathematics Science from EL Makrizy Language School in Cairo, Egypt, completed between 2006 and 2009.
