Ana Carla Oliveira

Ana Carla Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ana Carla began their career as a Developer at CPCis Porto, where they analyzed and implemented Client/Server Applications for Oracle7. Ana Carla also worked as a Developer at CPCis Porto, where they focused on projects in the areas of telecommunications, financial, and health institutions.

Following their time at CPCis Porto, Ana Carla Oliveira worked at Optimus as a Technical Lead, where they were responsible for projects such as the commission system and Unified Interface middleware. Ana Carla also provided training to Optimus key dealers on indirect selling concepts. During this time, they also worked as an Oracle Analyst Programmer, specializing in database programming and client/server applications for Oracle7 and Oracle8.

After working at Optimus, Ana Carla Oliveira joined WeDo Technologies as a Project Manager for the Middle East & Africa. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end project management, including solution design, implementation, and post-production support. Ana Carla also managed teams, controlled budgets, and conducted data mining analysis for revenue assurance.

Following their time at WeDo Technologies, Ana Carla Oliveira joined Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, PJSC as a CMS Senior Consultant and later became the Manager of Credit Management Delivery.

Most recently, they worked at du as a Senior Manager-Delivery and later as the Director of Revenue Management Architecture & Solution Design. In these roles, they managed the delivery of demands required by business units, coordinated among stakeholders, and provided solution design expertise.

Overall, Ana Carla Oliveira has extensive experience in project management, solution design, and delivery in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Ana Carla Oliveira received a Bachelor's degree in Engineer Systems and Information from Universidade do Minho from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Architect and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Ana Carla also participated in the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC): Harvard Leadership Accelerators Program offered by Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2021. Furthermore, Ana Carla Oliveira holds a TOGAF 9 certification from The Open Group.
