Kashef Ahmar is a seasoned professional in IT and internal auditing with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of IT & Technical Audit at du since May 2025, Kashef leads risk-based audits aligned with key regulatory standards while overseeing assurance in telecom, cloud, AI/ML, RPA, and cybersecurity domains. Previously, at Unifonic from December 2022 to October 2025, responsibility included developing an internal audit strategy and managing enterprise-wide risk assessments. Kashef held several key positions at ADNOC Group, including Manager of Specialized Audit & Services, where strategic audits enhanced governance and risk processes. With a background in finance and IT auditing from notable firms such as Majid Al Futtaim, Protiviti, Etisalat, and Deloitte, Kashef possesses a comprehensive skill set in audit management and risk assessment, supported by an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BSc in Finance.
