Mohammad AlBastaki has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Manager of STB/Client Development & Certification at du since April 2009, with previous roles including Demand Manager for Infrastructure Demand, Implementation Manager for Voice Collaborated Services, Planning Manager for Fixed Voice, and Planning Engineer for Fixed Voice. In addition to this, Mohammad has completed National Service with the UAE Armed Forces in 2023. Academically, Mohammad holds a Master's degree in Innovation & Change Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Higher Colleges of Technology (2004-2009), alongside a High School Degree in Science from Mohammed Bin Rashid High School (2002-2004).
