Andrei Tagirov is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading multinational development teams and launching web and mobile applications. Currently serving as Project Management Practice Lead and Regional Executive Officer at Dualboot Partners since March 2023, Andrei has successfully transitioned a 30-member team to a trunk-based development process and implemented an ephemeral QA process, significantly enhancing collaboration and product quality. Prior to this, Andrei spent nearly nine years at Sberbank, where roles included Product Owner, Project Manager, Head of Payroll Sales Department, and Analyst, achieving notable improvements in client service and operational efficiency. Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking from the State University — Higher School of Economics.
