Michelle Coviello

Michelle Coviello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle currently holds the role of VP of Client Development at Dualboot Partners, a software and business development company. Michelle joined the company in October 2018 and is responsible for building client relationships and driving business growth. Michelle is also a Board Member at Apparo - Technology Solutions for Nonprofits since May 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Michelle was an Ambassador at the North Carolina Technology Association from August 2012. Michelle received the Ambassador of the Year 2014 award for their contributions.

Michelle's previous experience includes tenure as VP of Client Development at HireNetworks/Campbell and James Executive Search from January 2003 to October 2018. In this role, they handled staffing and recruitment duties within the technical and professional industries.

Additionally, Michelle has served as the President and Co-Founder of the Charlotte Regional Technology Executives Council from April 2010 to January 2016. Michelle led the organization in promoting networking and collaboration among technology executives in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.

Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Senior Recruiter at MAGIC/DMSR from 1998 to 2003 and as an Operations Manager at Consolidated Mortgage from 1997 to 1998. Michelle also gained experience as an Office Manager at Sapient Corporation from 1995 to 1996.

Michelle Coviello earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained the certification of AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2023.
